Her whole family do. A mountain spring flows just below the house, and they all go down to the spring, or sip rainwater if they get a chance to collect any in empty cans.

However, I remember one day when all the outdoor water was frozen solid, so I offered the cats who were then living with me some bottled water from town--town tap water, filtered and chlorinated. They were thirsty enough to sniff it, but they wouldn't drink it.

On one very hot day when I'd filled a couple of bottles with town water to drink during and after my walk home, Ivy asked for a share of *my* water. She made it clear that the fact that she'd begged for some of *my* water made this water special, in the "gift for you from me" category rather than the "tastes good" category; she growled over it and showed off that it was *her* prezzie, and when I poured out small shares for the other cats that obviously reduced the specialness of the water I'd shared with Ivy, somewhat.

But now I'm wondering, Mudpie...how do you feel about water that's either not had chlorine added to it, or had the chlorine filtered out through charcoal?Priscilla Kinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02564805564265436613noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2536122764434872338.post-25007914082989641082017-10-23T18:43:08.623-04:002017-10-23T18:43:08.623-04:00Interesting that you prefer a pouch over a can! Having said that, we have tried this brand and love it, it's almost like people food and of course we always like to get our paws on people food! This range looks looks really yummy too, so I will purrsuade the Lady Cat to buy some for us. I've found Bear eats wet food better when it has two tastes (like Chicken and tuna) - and that can be hard to find outside of pate (which he won't eat).Momma Kat and Her Bear Cathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04254210236142173792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2536122764434872338.post-32717313748728975222017-10-20T19:54:27.678-04:002017-10-20T19:54:27.678-04:00We really like this product.
