Today for my Sunday Selfie I'm looking out the window in search of Mommy's common sense.
Did she use it to buy a turkey? Nope.
The fixings, the pumpkin pie, turkey flavored cat food? No, no and no.
She bought three Christmas shirts with cats on them...
What do you think? Does Mommy need to get her priorities straight?
And in case you were wondering, yes, we still had a turkey feast at our house.
Actually, the humans did. I don't like turkey.

I think those are cool shirts. I mean Mudpie, Christmas isn't far away and Mum might feel SOO GUILTY she buys you LOTS and LOTS of books; no wait, with Lots and Lots of presents of toys 'n stuff!!

ReplyDeleteSheesh ... we have to put up with all this human nonsense! I mean, your Mommy gets to look at you IN THE FLESH whenever she wants and she goes around buying pictures of OTHER cats? By the way, I don't like real turkey either ... if it comes in a can with the word Friskies on it and is slathered in gravy ... YUM. But real turkey? Yuck. ReplyDeleteMudpie, you may just have to accept that your human is going to do lots of weird stuff that no thinking kitty would ever do. Next time she gets a gift card, you need to confiscate it and then go shopping online with it. That's the only way you can be sure you'll get the good stuff!

ReplyDeleteBut Mudpie, you should see the cute sweaters at Walmart. Our Walmart had a pretty pink sweater with a sweet kitty on the front... and Katie Mommy wants to buy dat. If only someone gave her a gift card... Howsumever, i think some treats fur you would be goods... you never know. Your Mommy may have gotted you some treats and hid them from you till Chrissymouse. -Miss Peach, the rescued kitty who likes pretty things.
