We have a guest selfie this week and I am *not* happy about it. Not one single bit.
Mommy is going to be cat sitting this little priss pants that lives next door for the next THREE weeks! Do you realize how much time that's going to take her away from moi? And would you believe Mommy said when she lets neighbor kitty sniff her fingers she scrunches up her nose and backs away? Mommy belongs to ME and my scent belongs on her fingers!
Mommy says I should feel sorry for her, and how would I feel if she left me home alone for 3 weeks, but I don't care. I'm thoroughly disgusted by this turn of events and will rant if I want to!

Three whole weeks! My that is a long time to have to shre your staff—and just think of all the scent marking you'll have to be doing to keep on top of things!

ReplyDeleteThat is very pretty kitty, though! But your human is right - at least she doesn't leave you home on your own. When mine leaves town, more often than not she brings me, so I've got a special deal!
ReplyDeleteIt IS furry annoying, of course - but your Mommy is right, you should be sorry for her, being left by her humans for three whole weeks! Why, OUR Mummy doesn't dare leave Us for more than a week when She goes on holiday!

ReplyDeleteThree weeks! Our human went up the street for two week to feed a bunch of feral cats a couple months ago and then there were inside cats too. It was forever every day! Why couldn't someone with no cats do these things so we don't have to share our ONE human?!

Mudpie, Admiral was left in the care of someone for 5 days each time when mom traveled. Just feel badly for the poor girl whose mom left her for so long. Don't worry. Your mom will be back with you after a short time helping your pretty neighbor. Mom only leaves mr for 3 days when she goes over the mountains.
