The Beauty of Love #MewsicMovesMe

The theme of this week's Mewsic Moves Me blog hop is love songs. Easy peasy!!!

Conway was the king of country love songs so this week's choices could easily be him alone, but I forced myself to pick just one - a very obscure song in his vast catalog.

Conway recorded his last album, Final Touches, in April 1993, just two months before he passed away. This particular song, I Will Always Find My Way To You, didn't make the cut, but because his wife loved it so much he recorded it in secret as a special, private gift for her. Thankfully she released it to the fans a year later in The Conway Twitty Collection box set.

A few more country love songs...

We hope you felt the love in our choices this week, and please let us know if you have a favorite!

  3. I LOVE the Anne Murray song. It's one of those songs that slips from your memory and then you are just thrilled when someone brings is back. She had such a soothing voice. Thanks for bringing her to the party.

  12. Awww, what lyrics. All of them should get a gold star. Originally I was going to pick the Kenny Rogers song as my favorite, but when I got into the Brad Paisley song, and its lyrics, that's the one I'm picking. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
