And now our weekly answers (all answered by Mommy this week) for the Friendly Fill-Ins challenge, hosted by 15andmeowing and Four-Legged Furballs!

Mommy's answers:

1. April is a good time to open up the windows and let some fresh air inside.

2. This time last year, we had no idea how good things were. Our world today is unrecognizable and I see no signs of normalcy returning anytime soon.

Mudpie's answers:

3. I am determined to get over my fear of jumping into the bathroom window. Earlier this week when I jumped from the bathtub to my favorite window, I judged my distance wrong and fell to the floor. Now when I want "up" I sit like a meerkat and cry at the window. It's breaking Mommy's heart, and when she sees me doing it she lifts me up into the window. (Mommy checked me all over and I didn't get hurt, falling just scared me. I'll get over it eventually, and in the meantime I'm glad she's home more to give me a lift!)

4. I have no intention of admitting I have a squeezie addiction. I can stop anytime I want to. I just don't want to. And cats don't have to do anything they don't want to do.

National Burrito Day #ThrowbackThursday

Meows from Mudpie!

Today we're throwing it back to 2018 when I was caught in the act of sneaking a lick of the frozen burrito Mommy had thawing on the kitchen shelf.

In all fairness, it was Cinco de Mayo, so I was just being festive!

Are you having a burrito today in celebration? Don't overindulge though! You don't want to blow through your entire supply of toilet paper!

These Paws Were Made For Walking #MewsicMovesMe

The theme of this week's Mewsic Moves Me blog hop is songs about walking in honor of Take a Walk In The Park Day. With half the population under stay at home orders thanks to COVID-19, going out for a walk around the neighborhood to get a little fresh air has become more popular than ever, so the theme couldn't be more timely!

Conway's first success in the world of country music came not as a singer, but as a songwriter, when Ray Price had a top 10 hit with his song Walk Me To The Door.

This performance comes from an Oklahoma City show called Country Social in 1965, the year he made the transition from rock to country.

Seems as though walking has long been a popular topic in country music.
Here are a few more selections!

Where are you walking to these days, and what mewsic are you listening to while you walk?
