This is what Mommy calls my "Little Beggar" face. Would you be able to tell me "no"? Mommy sure can't.

See that package in front of me? That's a package of Friskies Party Mix treats. When I want some treats or a squeezie I knock the package over and tap on it. Usually Mommy says I have to wait a little while, but I always get my way in the end.

Feline Friday Flashback: Snow Thank You

After a number of mild winters in our neck of the woods, this year we're having a good old-fashioned Vermont winter. It's been bitterly cold for some time, and most days there's a light, fluffy snow falling. Yesterday just a dusting was predicted and we ended up getting over 5 inches! 

Normally Mommy would love it, but she worries about our feral boy Mo so, so much.

Today we're flashing back to late 2017 when we had a beautiful, fluffy snowfall. Mommy decided to be cute and bring winter inside to me in the form of a pile of fresh white stuff on a paper plate. I was not amused. I prefer to appreciate winter from the comfort of my beloved Santa blankie.

Get it off!!! Get it off!!!

Then things got even worse when she decided to sprinkle a little of the snow on me...and a flake landed near my bottom!!! Not funny, Mommy. Not funny at all.

Tushie Trouble Update #SundaySelfie

With all the busyness of the holiday season we just remembered that we never provided any further updates on my tushie trouble from late November.

The good news is, Mommy says I look much better "down there" (knock on wood). There might still be a slight enlargement, but certainly nothing like it was in the beginning, and since I didn't experience a rupture this time, the anal sac fluid must've come out in my number twos the way it's supposed to. YAY!!! 

Now will someone please ask Mommy to stop inspecting my bottom? I know it's cute, but it's getting kinda embarassing...

1. My guide word for 2025 is calm.

2. I am counting the days to many TV events - new seasons of 3 of my favorite series (All Seasons Great and Small, When Calls the Heart, and Heartland), the Inauguration, and the 2025 NASCAR season. 

3. 2025 is the year that I will get back to more reading and writing.

4. I need to better organize everything. Organization is not my strong suit. 

Secret Paws 2024 Revealed

I'm super excited to tell you about my Secret Paws package from our sweet friends Reesie, Noelle and mom Sharon, aka The Florida Furkids!

Mommy loves taking pictures of prezzies before the chaos begins.

She went bonkers over the adorable kitty wrapping paper.

 I took time to admire it myself, but I was also getting impatient to dig in.

They got me SQUEEZIES!!! And a package filled with super fun toys!

Mommy got this absolutely gorgeous cat print wrap/shawl, and a pair of adorable paw print pens.

(95% of Mommy's wardrobe has cats on it, but she's never had anything like this before and she's absolutely crazy about it! Plus it's 2-sided, the other side is a beautiful cream color.)

Most are better suited for the blooper reel, but we think they show how much fun I was having!

I was grabbing at everything...I didn't know what to play with first!

Mommy and I both want to thank the Florida Furkids so very much for their thoughtful, generous, and purr-fectly wonderful gifts. We couldn't have asked for a better Secret Paws!
