Top Ten Tuesday: Favorite Books I Read Before I Was a Blogger

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and The Bookish.

Life before I became a blogger...I can barely remember it LOL. Seriously, I've been blogging less than 2 years but I have a stack of journals containing mini-reviews of books that I've read over the past 10 years. Putting this list together was painful, but I think I've chosen 10 of the books that have stayed with me and have special meaning in my life.

What about you? What are some of your favorite books from your pre-blogging days?

I recently re-read Murder at the Vicarage. I'd forgotten how funny it was!

This one was pretty easy for my co-blogger and I since we are a fairly new blog. One of my favorites which didn't make my list was Harry Potter :) Dracula... a classic, I loved this story!

I still have never read A Christmas Carol. I've watched many movie versions, but I've never sat down to read it. It's on my Kindle now, so I should do that before Christmas comes again.

Great list, Melissa! I love Christie; I've read almost everything she ever wrote. I also enjoyed Marley & Me, and A Lion Called Christian made me cry. I've read A Christmas Carol several times, but I have to admit that a few of the film adaptations are my favorite versions, above the book itself. (George C. Scott and Patrick Stewart, in case you're wondering.)

Here's my Top Ten for this week.

Happy reading!
