January Retro Country Rewind #MewsicMovesMe

It's been a couple years since we premiered our mewsic feature "Retro Country Rewind," a look back at favorite songs that hit #1 during that month from 30, 35, 40 plus years ago. In this new year we'll be delving into #1 hits from 1971, 1976, 1981, and so on. Let's take a look at January for this freebie week in the Mewsic Moves Me blog hop...

45 Years Ago - 1976, This Time I've Hurt Her More Than She Loves Me, Conway Twitty

40 Years Ago - 1981, 9 to 5, Dolly Parton

40 Years Ago - 1981, One in a Million, Johnny Lee

40 Years Ago - 1981, I Feel Like Loving You Again, T.G. Sheppard

35 Years Ago - 1986, Bop, Dan Seals

35 Years Ago - 1986, Never Be You, Rosanne Cash

I adore every one of these songs and honestly don't have a favorite (after Conway, of course.)
Do you?

Another wonderful concert from you, Mudpie and Melissa! I'm pretty sure I'm going to have Dolly's 9 to 5 stuck in my head for at least the next 12 hours, but I really don't mind. Purrs!

M&M,

What are the odds that you and I would pick the same song? Pretty rare, wouldn't you say? But, I also went with Rosanne Cash "Never Be You" as one of my picks. Isn't that just wild or what? lol Thanks for joining the 4M crew on the dance floor, furriends!

FINALLY FREE FROM HERPES VIRUSI thought my life had nothing to offer anymore because life became meaningless to me because I had Herpes virus, the symptoms became very severe and bold and made my family run from and abandoned me so they won't get infected. I gave up everything, my hope, dreams, vision and job because the doctor told me there's no cure. I consumed so many drugs but they never cured me but hid the symptoms inside me making it worse. I was doing some research online someday when I Came across testimonies of some people of how DR Ebhota cure them from Herpes, I never believed at first and thought it was a joke but later decided to contact him on the details provided and when I messaged him we talked and he sent me his herbal medicine and told me to go for a test after two weeks. Within 7 days of medication the symptoms disappeared and when I went for a test Lo and behold I was NEGATIVE by the Doctor Who tested me earlier. Thank you Dr Ebhota because I forever owe you my life and I'll keep on telling the world about you. If you are going through the same situation worry no more and contact DR Ebhota viadrebhotasolution@gmail.com or WhatsApp him via +2348089535482.he also special on curing 1. HIV/AIDS2. HERPES 3. You asked for a favorite, and Dolly Parton's 9 to 5 will always be that for me - she is such a talented songwriter and singer. In second place would be Roxanne Cash's song. Guess the 80's was a good time for country, in addition for rock. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
