May Retro Country Rewind (Part 1) #MewsicMovesMe

It's been a couple years since we premiered our mewsic feature "Retro Country Rewind," a look back at favorite songs that hit #1 during that month from 30, 35, 40 plus years ago. When you said 1971 was fifty years ago, I said "that can't be right." Then I subtracted 50 from 2021 and... yep, 1971. I'm old (I was a sophomore in high school). Good set!

M&M,

TG Sheppard is a name from the past. He really had a good voice. I love "I Loved Them Everyone". Great song pick! I wasn't a fan of Rosanne Cash in the days but she had the a good voice. The revelation of many artist from yesterday regardless of genre I've come to appreciate talents, even like their songs. The so-called singers today all sound the same. I get so tired of hearing 'you have a unique identifiable voice' which couldn't be further from the truth. Thanks for sharing these #1 hit songs with the 4M dance party, furriends!

I have to admit, I love the T.G. Sheppard song. I think he was one of those under appreciated artists in his day. This was a great tune you shared with us today. Thanks for the stroll down country lane.

It's interesting how country music has changed through the years. I enjoyed Rosanne Cash the most. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

One of the difficult tasks that almost every essay writers student of the university has to complete is writing an essay. Such a task provides for the presentation of one's own opinion on a specific issue, however, the scientific part of the work should be fully preserved.
