Meows from Mudpie!
Mommy has been busy pulling all her paperwork together to have hers and grandpa's taxes prepared next week. I had forgotten that waaaay back in 2017 I gave her a helping paw with the job. It wasn't very much fun and I never offered my assistance again. I'm glad I'm a cat and don't have to worry myself with such nonsense. Looks like a waste of time to me.

Taxes are no fun, but I am sure you were very helpful back then.
Mudpie, you got that right about taxes. There certainly nothing fun to do and I quit doing them myself a few years back. I figured it was less painful to pay somebody. But they're a pain no matter what. I'm sure you were a big help when you are doing it yourself.
We know your help is appreciated.
It's a mess, for certain. Be very glad you are a cat and no taxes are due on you.

Facing the yearly tax stuff makes me shudder.
We are trying to get ours done by mid March and I hope to pressure my mom so she doesn't get an extension.
