Meows from Mudpie!
Even though Mommy is perpetually trying to declutter our house, she has also become rather addicted to our local Buy Nothing group on Facebook. I can't really complain though because that's how I scored my pawsome cat tree!
Sunday morning Mommy sat down with her coffee and logged onto Facebook. She noticed a post showing a bunch of stuff piled on someone's lawn and her eyes were immediately drawn to the white cube organizer. She decided to hop in the car to see if it was still there. It was, and she also fell in love with the wooden storage chest in the picture so she ended up loading two pieces of furniture into the car with no idea what she was going to do with them! (We always need more storage so she wasn't worried about not having a use for them, and both items were in absolutely perfect condition.)
After some thought Mommy decided the wooden cabinet would best be used in our small kitchen. That required quite a bit of moving things around but it ended up fitting perfectly.
Then came the big question - what to put in it? This is where things get really exciting because Mommy has decided to use it as a kitty cupboard to hold all my food, treats and supplies! We've never had enough storage space in the kitchen for cat food so its always just been left in stacks on the floor, so this has made things look much less cluttered. We just love how it turned out.
The cube organizer Mommy originally wanted doesn't have a home yet but she's thinking. It's actually still hanging out in the car! MOL

Mudpie that wooden cabinet is so very pretty. Wonder why those people threw it away. It's certainly going to be great for holding all your food and treats. And I bet sooner or later your mommy finds a good use for the white Cube.
What a score! That cabinet is fab, and I'd use the white cube thing to organize clothes, if I had a place for it.

That wooden cabinet is exactly what my eyes fell on in the photo. I love how mom has used it. And I think that you will learn very quickly how to open it up! 🤣

That chest is a fabulous find! Our buy nothing group has been a bit of a disappointment. I think it's because there's no one really in charge of it.
What a really cool piece of furniture, I’m glad it didn’t go to a landfill but got a new lease on life.

Pfft I need to declutter our house. The human kitten has way toooooo many toys....gasp..even more than the 6 cats!
