4. Falling up the stairs is the silliest way I've injured myself. Pretty much every injury I've suffered, especially as a child, was because I would never walk normally, I was always running. One afternoon I went running into the living room and ended up in the ER getting stitches in my lip after landing on an end table. The scariest was the day I was running UP the basement stairs and fell hard on my chest. I couldn't breathe. Thankfully mom was at the top of the stairs in the kitchen and ran me outside for some air. Dad was doing something in the garage and came flying down the driveway at her screams. I think it's safe to say I scared them!

I broke my big toe falling UP the stairs a few years ago, but I didn't spill any cat food, which is why I was rushing.
That toe pains me every once in awhile; may need to get to a podiatrist about it someday.

Mudpie, my mim fell up the stairs when she was in hee 20's. SO embarrassing! Hope your mom feels fine and good and just faffs if se thinks about it occasionally. .

Mudpie, our mom is in love with this art! Good job by Mom Melissa, as if you could be any ore beautiful than you already are. Our mom had the same answer for #1. She has had so many silly and stupid accidents. Many more as an adult than a kid. Keep your mom safe! Don't try to trip her.
