Meows from Mudpie!
I've been having SO much fun watching the chippies in our driveway this week! It's become a chipmunk superhighway!
Each morning Mommy eats her breakfast sitting on the back steps so the door can be open a few inches for me to watch them. She says they're running like crazy because they're busy getting ready for winter, and they don't have a Mommy to take care of them, feed them, and keep them warm like I do.
One morning a little guy came right up to the step and I body slammed the door! That kinda freaked Mommy out MOL.

They do make for great live entertainment. Just think humans pay big money to go to a concert or a play, and all you have to do is look out the door! Ours are busy picking up acorns now.

Did you freak out the chipmunk as well, Mudpie. Our mommy loves the little chipmunks. She hasn't seen any in several days. Squirrels were chasing each other in the rain today.
