What. Is. That. Behind. Me. EEK!!! #SundaySelfie

Meows from Mudpie!

Yesterday morning when Mommy helped me snap my selfie, the first thing she noticed was the dark blob behind me that she circled.

What could it be?

It was the remains of a house centipede, referred to around our house as "bazillion leggers". Apparently when she closed the door Friday night she crushed him against the door frame, and that's where he remained, smooshed.

***Shudder***

We're joining our friends at The Cat On My Head for the Sunday Selfies blog hop!

Ooops. Squidging aside, which is one less toy to play with, you look mighty nice and chilled out today, Mudpie.

Those crazy things are in our basement all the time. Precious used to go down and follow them around slowly with her nose to the ground. She no longer has any interest in those Pokey things.

That's gross, Mudpie. But I'd much rather look at your pretty face.

Smooshed bugs are better than live ones.

Ewww! Well, at least it's already squished, Mudpie.

You have a very anxious look on your face, Mudpie. Very understandable under the circumstances. That centipede could play Lego all by itself, several times over. Your Mom sure has good timing with the door. She saved you from being run over, and over ...
