Cat Christmas in July Shopping Guide from Etsy

It's no secret that I loathe summer. We've now had 16 days over 90 degrees this summer and I'm so sick of feeling disgustingly sweaty I could scream. I just want to curl up in a blanket with a mug of hot chocolate and Mudpie on my lap but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Many times I've said Christmas in July is the only decent part of summer, and this year that holds true more than ever. It's not just the summer heat driving me crazy, but also the lack of any sort of normalcy whatsoever thanks to COVID and other family stuff. I just want things to be the way they used to be, and I'm sure all of you feel the same way.

Our friends at Four-Legged Furballs have been running a series of Christmas doodles this month and showing some adorable holiday decor that stays out year round. It got me to thinking now might be a good time to check out some festive goodies over on Etsy. We all "need a little Christmas" now more than ever, even if it is the middle of July. Let's go shopping!

We hope you enjoy our picks, and don't forget, if you find something here you like and make a purchase using our affiliate links, Mudpie gets a little money for her piggy bank!

I love all these! Only I'm not ready for Christmas yet! It's been kind of a mild summer here where we live.

Even though we are broiling in the heat, I refuse to think about WINTER!!!!
However, you've given me an idea about ordering holiday cards early to get good pricing...

It's been 7 long seasons since I felt the happiness from joy of the holidays, and this Christmas in July took hold. I found some new items to bring a bit of sparkle to December. I really want to use them now! MOL Love the items you highlighted.

One of the very best things about San Francisco in my opinion AND the Human's too is that it is usually cool, gray and foggy from June to September. The weather rarely gets about 72 or so, and lots of days it's in the high 50s-low 60's. The Human grew up where it was regularly over 100 in the summer and she LOVES it here (for lots of reasons but weather is at the tippy top!) We love Christmas too! You found some cool stuff ;-)

I think the cat angel tree topper is my favorite! That's so perfect for an angel pet! I also really love that wreath. I hate winter ... and while I'm not a fan of all the heat ... compared to snow and cold ... I'll take heat.

I adore absolutely every one of these festive finds, but I got extra super excited when I saw that towel with the kitty alongside my favorite red truck imagery. I'm also a sucker for bookmarks, so those had me drooling, too. Purrfection!
