Wordless Wednesday: Bitchy Resting Cat Face

Last week a popular column on Catster was Does Your Feline Suffer From Bitchy Resting Cat Face? by Janiss Garza (Sparkle's human). I didn't think Truffles had one; she always looks cute and happy. Then I started looking through some pictures and realized that she DOES have one, she just doesn't display it very often. (I think in this one she was annoyed that I interrupted her sunbath to take yet another picture.) Now that I'm on the lookout for it, I notice she has the same face when she jumps on the bed in the morning and stares at me while she waits for me to get up and serve her breakfast, so maybe she's working on perfecting her Bitchy Resting Cat Face!

Does your cat have one?

I don't have a cat, but that is my face in the morning before my second cup of coffee.

Our cats are all boys, so maybe a bastard face ;-)

Haha... I always thought that was just a look of judgment and derision.

Xen gives that look a lot when she is disturbed. Buut when it's food time, or SHE wants affection, she meows pitifully and rubs so cutely :)

The title of this totally caught my eye - loved the original "bitchy resting face" video, and it seems quite appropriate for certain cats! I don't have a cat, but our angel beagle definitely suffered from BRF syndrome! (But then... I always did say she was a cat in a beagle suit.)

Inside the warehouse, a small group of volunteers had just finished organizing the shelves of food. There were a lot of 7 and 18lb bags of Purina One food, and a wide array of other medium-quality, dry cat food. We also had a multitude of best cat food, and a few small stacks of kitten, senior, and prescription diets.
